Hydraulic Coil Spreader spreads the loop into diamond shaped coils quickly and efficiently. Hydraulic coil spreader is rotating arm type as the rotation of arm is identical to the stator axis. All the dimensions of the coil are transferred directly to the machine. The spreading is obtained fi rst by back-motion of straight parts towards rotation axis of arms, then at the end of spreading by swaging through forming units called mushroom. This principle of operation makes the spread in natural form.
