Lamination used in rotors and stators are varnished on both sides to achieve best result.Varnish used is mostly water based with only traces of flammable solvents and has very good adhesion, insulation and anti corrosion properties.

Unvarnished lamination is fed into Varnish coating unit through 2 contra rotating Rollers and coated on both side in single pass. The coating thickness can be controlled precisely to get best performance. The varnished lamination is passed through an Oven on stainless steel conveyor for curing and drying of varnish.
